Ulyanovsk has four hotels that serve its guests. However, neither of them is certified internationally or managed by a Western company. Therefore, according to the city travel agents the best option will be to stay at the Oktyabrskaya hotel, which is located in the central part of the city in the neighbourhood of the governmental buildings.

The Oktyabrskaya Hotel, built in 1988, is located in the center. There is a wonderful view of Volga river from the hotel. Our hotel is situated right in the heart of Ulyanovsk, overlooking the picturesque bank of the Wolga and just a 3 minute walk from the park. The close proximity to the shops, theater, museums offers the ideal location both for businessmen and visitors. The railway and bus stations are 5km away, and the central airport is at the distance of 15km. The three-stored building was built in 1988. There is a lift. The hotel has 54 (including 4double bed rooms - first class; 18-single- bed; and the rest can accomodate up to 4 guests) spacious bedrooms, each with its private bathroom, telephone, remote control colour TV, mini bar.
