Built in the end of 2005, the Palace Ukraine in Nikolayev is a medium- sized deluxe hotel in the heart of the city. Each of 26 hotel rooms has air-conditioning, refrigerator/mini-bar, dial-up Internet access, phone, cable TV; bathrooms are supplied with bathrobes and slippers. Apartment bathrooms are upgraded with Jacuzzi and sauna. The Hotel Palace Ukraine possesses a restaurant, casino and a billiards club.

The Continent Hotel is located in the Nikolaev center, on a pedestrian street corner. This medium-sized hotel occupies a historical building, which has been renovated in 2003.
All the rooms have customary amenities fitting 3-star standard: phone, cable TV, mini-bar and refrigerator. Most of the rooms are air-conditioned. Continental breakfast is included to the room cost. The Continent has a restaurant, bar, conference room for 40 persons, sauna with a pool and a secured parking lot.
